Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User under direct gun point did not comply, and pulled out his weapon.
Why should this appeal be considered?: In the clip you can clearly hear him say that i need to get out of the car when i am allready out of the car with my gun, the first thing he said we were to far away from him to understand what he said. I would also like to add that no one heard him give any commands before we were out of the car. Also there was realy no point i could hear him say anything he just kinda mumbled
Additional Information: I also dont see a reason as to why i ahd to drop the gun as he would have died by friends who were also shooting at him, there was no way he could have surived and his death was not a result of a rule break as he could not have all of us under gunpoint at the same time. I know the clip is of very low quality but you can see the fram i got out of the car and had my gun out he had not yet said any thing. Also the reason i first got this clip now is becasue i have a recording softwear that records my entire gameplay but i can only acces it after i am done with the seccion, i as not trying to hold back infomation
