Why should this player be punished?: he went into a shootout area with bodies and guns on floor indicating its still ongoing ran in unarmed and took a sako and stored it, when i gunpointed him he stalled , and then 2 new players wasted my time and by the time i was at my car to store it they came back to kill me for no reason. Also can you check if he took the mp7, i didnt see it on his body and he mightve lied

I was going to my appartement i sold at regals 5 to collect my props. I did not hear any shots fired. I walked up the stairs and there was a dead dude i took the gun, there was literally no one around or any shots. The dude asked for the gun and i gave it back. I did not see him or any police in the area or gun shots. SO thats why i walked to my appartement to get my props. I just seen the gun so i picked it up.

Why did you shoot at them afterwards?

Looking at the evidence it's pretty clear that you ran into an on-going scene with a bunch of dead bodies and a gun still laying around. Your intent here was clear, which was to salvage guns instead of actually going inside your property to take your props and disconnecting 5 minutes after killing chopper.

ill join the server for demo request. There was a few dead people around but seemed like it was over. And no i went there to get my props cause i was at prop limit and seen the gun so i took it. I killed the dude cause he gun pointed me and then he shot at me when i was looking from hungries.

There was just 1 gun that I seen by the way there wernt guns everywhere the gun i seen was on the stairs on my way to regal 5.

Also if you look at my demo you can see I was at prop limit and needed props. and all my props were in regals 5. I even asked a dude to spawn props for me cause i was at my limit.

(Not involved just helping) You should be able to find the demo with the name Creepis gave above inside your gmod root folder --> Data - > phdemos and then be able to upload it on any of those 2 sides he linked

Look ill just say what happened again, I went to my building that i sold to get my props. There was some blood a 2-3 bodies. But i did not hear gun shots, i waited a bit and still heard nothing and the area looked like it was over. There's bodies everywhere in the city. I went to my old place. cause i wanted props, ( i was placing garbage bags on my car and need more garbage bags) On my way upstairs there was a sako on the floor on a dead dude. I took it. That's really all that occurred. The dude who gun pointed me didn't even see me, and asked for an mp7 so. I was pretty caught off gaurd cause this seemed like meta gaming or something. Somehow he just gun pointed me under the assumption i took an mp7. I later found the MP7. (After waiting for a cop to clear the area) I found the MP7 he spoke of near the benches Infront of Regals. The cop did not find that gun, but took his other main gun/ You can see in the dudes video he shot at me so i shot at him. He was massacring New players, I was hiding far away with a gun. and i don't understand how this guy even seen me, he shot at me so i shot him.

"massacring new players" first guy picked up my gun and couldve shot me, 2nd guy didnt put hands up, dropped his bat to pickup the pistol and also could have shot me
i was storing guns, obviously i would have an eye out at hungries / bank area after i killed 5 cops? plus you are in full orange, theres no way ur accusing me

I find it interesting how the exact demo file we needed is deleted or not to be found anywhere. All other .dem files are present and yet this one is no longer there.

Whatever the case may be, I have gotten a hold of Chopper's demo and were able to spectate some of your actions and how you purposefully scan and look for any loot in the Regals area before encountering chopper as well as after killing them. You even look around and attempt to open other Regal properties to see if they have been broken into as well as some hiding spots such as bushes and as soon as you cannot find anything as the place was picked clean you disconnect 5 minutes after committing a crime.

Regarding the new players in the clip: Understandably, they are new and have no clue what they are doing. If I get the chance I will speak to them.

You will be punished for the following rules:
1.6 for: Failure to provide a .dem file and/or not keeping the file available for longer than 21 days.
3.4 for: Involving yourself in a shootout unarmed to loot weapons (logs indicate you were not armed before this or counter raiding in the first place). There were enough signs of a police presence by the XQ parking lot, dead bodies, unconscious bodies and moaning, bullet holes, blood and guns lying around. It's clear what your intent was here, which was not to take your props but instead sweep the entire area for loot and have an excuse to kill the raiders.
3.20 for: Disconnecting under a 10 minute time frame after committing a crime.

Due to your notable record in just 2 years(!), the ban placed will be a year long due to being a repeat offender of some of these rules listed. I cannot say that everything you have done in this situation is within good faith and your intentions instead were used for your own personal gain to scrap some weapons. Sadly, I also believe that you do not bring anything of value to the community due to your other confrontations and bans involving other community members.
If you think about apologizing for your actions please wait a few months before doing so.

If you can find your demo file you can contact me to get 1.6 amended and removed from your record.
