Suggestion Title: Additional vehicles added
Suggestion Description: I would like to suggest the addition of various cars to server/potential slight adjustments of others. I feel that whilst there’s an opportunity to add further variety for players through their choice of vehicles.

I would like to suggest the following vehicles:
- Lamborghini Urus (2.8m - 130mph)
- Rolls Royce Phantom (3.2m - 110mph)
- Bentley Continental GT (2.5m - 100mph)
- Range Rover SVR (1.8m - 100mph)
- Audi RS6 (2m - 120mph)
- A quad bike (650k - 60mph)
- Fiat 500 (120k - 50mph)
- Smart Car (80k - 40 mph)
- Reliant Robin (50k - 45mph)

Why should this be added?:
- Added variety for players
- Reliant Robin Beach Derby??
- Gives new players the opportunity to drive something other than mini’s
- Additional opportunity to spend in game cash
- Opportunity for 1985 to drive his dream Fiat 500

What negatives could this have?:
- Additional dev time
- Players insulting people driving a smart car

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - Mike Mibble constantly stealing Mini’s
- Removal of in game cash
- New players struggle to find a new “decent” car

I have suggested the above vehicles based on seeing them in workshop and looking similar to our current vehicles.

I believe all the vehicle models from PERP come from TDM Cars, so that would have to have all of those cars for it to work

There are modellers in the developer team that can modify the models then script it

Not strictly as far as I know. There's a good amount of non-TDM cars and the models need to have the wheels removed, as they're added again in-game. Same goes for other parts of the vehicle
