Why should this player be punished?: Made me Force withdraw 14k infront of multiple officers because before hand I was hitting their parked car out from the middle of the road, and went to shoot me infront of PD while doing so as well. Was also told to make this AR to continue report from server.

3.15 Driving and Damaging Vehicles

You must always drive on the right side of the highway. You must drive vehicles - even if they are stolen - to the best of your ability so as to avoid crashes. There can be good reasons for not doing so, where the benefits outweigh the risks. You must not ram a car out of a parking space just so you can park there.

Which was why i took out my gun to tell you to stop ramming my car for 0 reason in themiddle of the road as well. Then I rammed u back cus I was pissed off at your actions and you then decide to ram in to me 80mph. Breaking 3.4 and 2.5 as it lead in to you getting knocked down and me as well also wrecking my car
I took you hostage to make sure u pay back for the damages of my car as u wrecked it and you failed to follow gp under the whole sit. You were not valuing ur life there or willing to roleplay. Thank you!

Also why did u not make an f6 like me and deal with this ingame? Theres 10 staff on the server?

Of course I am gonna get my gun out I didnt see the officer and when I did i took it away after I saw him and tried speaking to him but he just didnt care enough.

@PhillippiEpic how exactly were you bugged, which prevented you from dropping money? As in the evidence, you do not attempt to drop any.

Also, do you have any evidence police were already on scene when they initially gunpointed you? Your clip starts when the gunpoint is already ongoing.

There were no cops by the time he was gun pointed, on top of breaking 3.4, he also broke 3.21 and clearly didn't attempt to drop the money rather just stall and talk in help chat.

@Google Chrome you will be receiving a warning for 3.4 since you aimed your gun at @PhillippiEpic in front of PD as a police officer was driving out, it was pure luck that the police officer did not notice.

@Mak Upon review of the evidence, you have not broken any rules. The gunpoint at the gas station began before PD arrived.

For clarification @PhillippiEpic the collision was your fault, you were driving too close behind them and too fast to be able to stop in time.

However...

@PhillippiEpic you will be receiving a 1-week ban for 1.1, 3.4, 3.15 & 3.21.

1.1 - You were disrespectful to these players in LOOC in the situation.

3.4 - You claim you were bugged; however, there are no known server bugs that prevent you from dropping items, and you have not made a bug report. It seems you were just stalling. You can dispute this part of the ban with evidence of the bug. Furthermore, in your clip, you do not even make any attempt to drop cash.

3.15 - There was no need to ram your car into @Google Chrome's car. Just drive around the obstruction, or call roadcrew to tow it away. 3.15 states You must drive vehicles - even if they are stolen - to the best of your ability so as to avoid crashes.

3.21 - You broke character in an active RP sit, mentioning help chat, LOOC and roleplay. Instead, you should have been saying this in LOOC chat.
