Suggestion Title: Player Leaderboard
Suggestion Description: I have a great idea of Player/ PvP Leaderboard, as some of you guys that do raids etc. As you can see on 128/128 pop there is almost no bases at all and i thought this could fix the thing a bit by adding a leaderboard like that to show off the stats to the only top 15 or 20 players kills , deaths , damage done to cops/civs and lets say the top 3 or 5 players that show great performance to receive reward like the current org leaderboard trophies, money prizes and more. And i think it will make more people raid and base.

Why should this be added?:
- It would clearly boost up the crim side as right now it is not that active as it was before

What negatives could this have?:
- Most of the RPs (roleplayers that hate criminal based stuff may hate it) I know you guys want more roleplay based stuff but this would make most of the criminals very happy

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It would solve alot of people that are bored of basing and waiting to get raided instead they can get out and raid for some prize

I've thought about this before and I would love to see this too. It would also allow people who don't wanna zerg to compete for something as well.

the org leaderboard already brings enough toxicity as it is and I don't think this will help

I like this idea. there aren't many bases to raid. And the top orgs are mostly just zergs so there isn’t any chance to become top 3 with a little org

Another PVP leaderboard would just simply lead to a lot more of a toxic environment. Kills would also be somewhat hard to quantify as killing someone comes in two parts, making them unconscious and then finishing them off. The argument that there is no bases for you to raid is kinda void when youre in one of the 3 biggest orgs (GS9, Hoodrats and Mensa) that are all allied together which will of course cause less competition.

There are definitely many more ways that people could be motivated to base or interact with one another without building a new avenue for toxicity.

Exactly, this reminds me of those cringe ass rust servers that have leaderboards like this and people brag about their kd etc in chat. I'd agree with adding more categories that could lead to individual awards. But not in this way.

You were apart of them aswell and i dont think you should sat something like that at some point you are right but it is clear that there is no bases at all even whe we dont zerg literally there is no bases on 128/128

Yeah, since I came back I was apart of GS9 and Mensa. When I was in GS9 I attempted to get them to unally hoodrats to create more competition. When I was in Mensa I attempted to get only people in the org within the bases. I think saying that there is no bases on at 128/128 is just a poor comment. Over the past few days when I've been playing there has been a raid every time I've looked for it. I've sat and based for a very long while today during high pop and the only attempt to raid has been one guy with a pistol. People just arent particularly looking to raid.

People are toxic without an individual leaderboard. Maybe the toxic people will learn to stfu when everyone can see they're not performing as well as you'd expect from them

And if you do like the org leaderboards you will only see maybe the top 20, meaning most people won't be visible to others. Therefore it most likely won't create more toxicity. Except maybe from the top 20 nerds who wanna flex their numbers.

Still 20 people (I'd assume it'd be a constant rotation of more than 20) who will be flaming and bragging. There's already enough ooc blacklists that prove sweats can't be civil we dont need another metric to make it worse

I think the focus should be on roleplay when playing on a roleplay server, rather than pushing it further in the direction of PvP.

The organization leaderboards already tend to bring out a lot of unnecessary toxicity, and I don’t really see the benefit in adding systems that would encourage that behavior even more.

It would also likely increase the number of shootouts over minor situations, which is already something the server struggles with.

It is important to consider that due to the competition being incredibly grindy these 20 players will have a disproportionate presence on the server and therefore them being toxic and salty or whatever will be exacerbated.

You don't even need a top 20. Could do top 5 or top 10 like roos suggested.

If they're blacklisted what's the problem?

I really don't think it would change much at all. We have the org leaderboard and we're managing just fine. I think it would give people a reason to grind instead. I might even start PvP'ing again if we get that.

People are already grinding the org leaderboard, I really don't think it would change much by having an individual one. I think it would incentivize people who don't wanna zerg to start PvP'ing more as in a zerg your kills will probably get stolen.

I also believe that it should be divided up in cop kills, player kills, K/D (over a certain amount of kills so people don't sit there with 5 kills and 0 death), headshot percentage should probably be added with one of the other categories as its just an interesting stat.
