Why should this appeal be considered?: they shot me and i ran after they shot because i said no to putting my hands up initially, i have played 18hours and had no instances of fail rp, i wouldn't plan on doing it now, even if i did this i feel a one day ban is excessive due to no prior instances

yes i believe the ban to be slightly excessive, and i think this whole situation is a misunderstanding, so if i did break the rules i am sincerely sorry, my point is i have played for 18 hours with no prior instances, i did not intentionally fail rp as i thought i was right at the time, but i thinking back i can see how i could be in the wrong, but my perspective at the time is i wasnt doing anything incorrect
