Why should this player be punished?: I stopped the vehicle for reckless driving, after arresting the suspect I was gunpointed to let him free. They then took the mayor hostage resulting in a shootout over a minor jail sentence. When questioned he said he was warranted for murder (Kevin Bobson), he was not, and there was no DNA. He was adamat that he shot someone and he was wanted for murder.

Kevin had shot someone with a shotgun at slums, this was seen by a roadcrew and an officer. They got away but i did not manage to. The officer took me to PD where he awaited information about the body at slums. Then he said to me that they had gotten DNA and that it was not me but he know who did it. This then means that i know that they have gotten DNA from slums and there for kevin has 9.5 DNA. As we are driving away kevins is driving very bad and an officer tries to stop him over at oak hill the officer gets out of the car and puts kvein in side of the car where andrew then gunpoints the officer then the officer calls for backup. The mayor also broke 3.4 as he made himself apart of the situation after being told to leave. We could gunpoint the officer because he had dna for 9.5. At the time the officer tried to pull us over we had just left pd where i was told they had dna which would explain why they had not yet set a warrant

I never took the mayor hostage, he literally just walked up, put his hands up and then refused to leave.

@viggolev If you were wanted or had DNA why did you drive recklessly passing an officer causing the chase?

You can hear the officer say that i am not the person who killed him meaning he had gotten DNA from slums to confirm and he also said he knew who did it. And since a cop cant lie i must belive that they had gotten DNA

I was the officer involved with this situation, I understand that I haven't been pinged however I'll gives some information regarding this, so responded to slums after hearing shots, I see a person with a shotgun hopping into his vehicle with around 2 people still remaining in the vehicle, once they tried to drive off I persume bloxi jumped out and ran off. I found bloxi at the entrance of shady tunnel as to which I detained him and brought him to the station awaiting DNA. DNA never came up due to the person "Kevin" shot disconnecting however I had bodycam of the situation. Kevin was never made wanted however I followed the situation up with an investigation in order to find out who did shoot him. In the clip I got the information of the owner of the vehicle ("Kevin") and his clothing which was brought up to a SGT while kevin was at the jails pending another charge. The SGT that was presented the evidence told me that there was a lack of evidence and we could not convict "Kevin" for 9.5.

When the vehicle drove off I called out the description of said vehicle however I do not believe it was recieved by anyone being as no one responded to it.

A thing to make clear, Kevin the person who shot the guy at slums was never warranted although Kevin knew that there was police on the scene so he could very much persume that we had DNA on him which is even backed up by me telling bloxi that I knew it wasnt bloxi and that I am quite sure that I knew who it was.

Sorry for not tagging you as i should have, but either way thanks for coming and cleargin things up.
As said by alek he did tell me that i was not the person who shoot him which made me belive they had gotten DNA as he never said that he let me go due to no DNA. Even tho the reason for the stop was not due to the DNA i would belive that the time when i left PD and the cop tried to pul us over there would not have been enough time to place a warrant but still be DNA
