Why should this appeal be considered?: I have known this individual in the past for years and we both have been using discriminated wording when chatting with each other on third party software. This conversation between us was private and personal which had absolutely nothing to do with Perpheads. None of this conversation was related to Perpheads it was just simply how we both talk to each other. From my prespective I initially thought he was joking about making report against me which leads to me continue using the language. He create the action request out of retaliation because I call him out getting banned again and he got upset about it rather about me commenting his behavior related to his ban.
The involved individual are known for notorious always joking around and trolling. Furthermore, he continues to taunting me after seeing me received a ban.
This is a private argument between us. While Perpheads was mentioned in our conversation but our conversation had nothing to do with the community. This matter falls beyond the jurisdiction of Perpheads as it did not occur ingame or me in anyway blindingly being toxic to some random player on the server.
