Suggestion Title: Remove jumpscare button
Suggestion Description: There have been jump scares on perp. There should be a button that removes the jump scares as some people have heart issues .

Why should this be added?:
- less people dying in perp

What negatives could this have?:
- more perp players

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People not dying

Why remove something that is so funny, its legit just a jumpscare and if people play on a server like perpheads they will also shit their pants a few other times during their playtime, use flashbangs for example, bomb raids, people running around a corner during a raid jumpscaring you and so on.

It's a game and if a person with very severe heart issues plays this, they should know the risk beforehand. It's just a game man, keep the jumpscare. I also dont think that the devs use it on everyone, i think they mainly use it on people they know, so no reason for it to be removed thats just sad.
