Why should this player be punished?: Killed me without any physical aggression, told them to watch themselves as can be heard in the clip (saw them burn someone's bazaar shop down) stopped at the top of the metro stairs and all I did was pull out my phone and Tony shot me.

I did have valid KOS on them, due to them gunpointing me to stop extinguishing the fire, but decided I wouldn't act on it, and showed no aggression, wasn't holding a weapon and actively stopped at the top of metro stairs.

Lost my OTs-33 with reflex, mag and suppressor

first of all the clip she sent was only 1 minute long and didnt show the whole situation. the situation started when my brother got scammed by a shop in bazaar for a box of 100 stims and 100 bandages which only had 50 of each and made him lose 50k. my brother was doing everything his power to get the shopkeepers attention for around half an hour to solve the situation but they blanked him so we molotoved the shop and burnt it down. while we was watching it burn people came over with fire extinguishers trying to stop the fire in the shop so we pulled our gun out on safety and told them to move on but we allowed people to control the fire so it dont spread and the shop next door was for sale so nothing else was affected. the ugly bitches org came out their shop trying to extinguish the fire so we told them to move on meanwhile jake had a pending order with one of the org members which she then told jake she aint doing it anymore so they canceled the order because we set another shop on fire which had nothing to do with them also adding the ugly bitches are our rival org. then me and jake came to bazaar to admire our work about 20 minutes later then james came over telling us a couple times to watch our backs while following me into the train station so i killed him.
