The person I shot and killed was not uninvolved. Not only did they remain in the vehicle for a solid 8 seconds after their car got shot out, they started driving their armed friends towards the shots, putting themselves in the middle of the shootout clearly involving themselves - in addition to this, the guy I shot had a Scar on his back and was clearly running for cover. If he wanted to be uninvolved in the situation, he should've used one of his 8 given seconds to get out and surrender, or just have ran from the start instead of driving head first into the shootout. He clearly involved himself, and was just running for cover. He's posing an obvious threat to not only my life but Kanan's as well. It's pretty blatant that if he reached cover he would've pulled the Scar out and began helping his friends, which I was not gonna let happen.
I have seen many situations similar to this in a cop aspect where visibly armed armed civilians are running away and cops shoot them to ensure the safety of themselves and that's what I was doing here in the same aspect.
