Why should this player be punished?: User stole a car and the officer gun pointed him and instead of him following orders from officer who had him under gp he reversed from I was told. (Dont have the clip as I was not exactly there)
After that he jumped in to the water from the cliff at subs and when I helped the officer to stop the suspect he saw me gun pointing him from above and instead of complying he tried evading while I had clear view of him with my gun obviously which he most likely heard me also speak.

Ok I was already mid reverse while he was gunpointing me, I believed as long as I reversed or was moving the car at 20+ speed I didn't need to comply, cause literally everytime I did it to people they would drive off when reversing. And the cliff thing I didn't realize we ever had to comply with since thats the first time something like that happen to me. Once they did catch me I complyed, I even said I didn't know I had to comply while I was mid reverse as far as I can remember
