Why should this player be punished?: 1.1 - just got punished for this quite literally less than 12 hours ago.

Was dealing with an in character situation where he repeatedly insulted me and then started making comments about my mother - at which point I instructed him in LOOC to stop, as I have my reasons to not want that mentioned & why that would upset me, as anyone who knows me well would know. At this point he retorts with this:



After which he begins to complain in OOC, I take a jab at his organisation being a bit shit because it is, and he proceeds to call me a r*tard - which he got warned for less than twelve hours ago. No regard for this rule in any capacity.



Deeply unpleasant individual with no regard for even trying to be sociable or a decent person to interact with, as evidenced by repeated breaches of the exact same conduct rules and the incessant arguing present in his forum posts. Truly an unfortunate stain on the community.

I told you to stop bringing stuff into LOOC, why do you guys keep trying to arrest me for invalid reasons, once supervisor gets called you take it into LOOC. Second time this is done, anyways all I said was for you to stop bringing into OOC and stop being toxic, all that was done. I've asked and calling someone a retard is not a rulebreak.

You were being toxic and saying things about my ORG which from what I know is not allowed as you are trying to start beef in OOC. Everything was kept in character but you decided to bring it to LOOC and start being toxic, with your friend Google Chrome following behind (btw these people keep harassing me in any way possible IC and OOC to try and get me to retaliate like last 1.1 but I will not fall for that again.

I've read the LOOC/OOC Logs, where was it that Sorle started being toxic for the LOOC messages @Off The Radar ?

I'd like to add that the user was constantly trying to bait me to break character again to no avail. Each time saying worse and more toxic things.

yh will say thats my bad, I was deeply frustrated by being excessively personally attacked on a sensitive subject which I told him to stop on, got to a point where I realised it wasn't going anywhere good and I stopped responding entirely

Sorry, the user started being toxic afterwards when he brought in the org talk. However, he was trying to say things in LOOC after I was keeping everything strictly IC. again in attempts to bait me into breaking character. There was no reason for OOC to be brought in again, given the situation was being dealt with by PD supervisor.

No you didn't. You decided to continue with saying stuff about my ORG afterwards in OOC which in no way shape or form would diffuse the situation, and everything I said to you was IC not meant for you to break character.. not sure why you made it an OOC problem

Can accept that I was a tad inflammatory towards your org, which is my bad - but just don't go around continuing to insult personal things about people repeatedly after they've asked you to stop and calling them dumb bitches for a simple request. Just deeply unpleasant behaviour

Why are you requesting something IC through LOOC though I don't understand. At that point in which you asked me to stop and I continued you could have booked me in jail for disorderly conduct but you decided to push it towards out of character.

And Yes, I'm sorry for being so hostile at you, I just don't think there was a need for all the OOC involvement and you tried to influence IC decisions through OOC and I told you to stop doing that, also getting upset in the process as I knew you were likely trying to get me to break character again like your buddies.. (You can even see them joining in the OOC convo midway)

I accept your apology and I'm happy to just have this closed and move on from it. Was an OOC issue stemming from IC things and just wanted to be done with that
