Why should this player be punished?: Player went OOC and ignored gunpoint during a raid. Forcing us to wait inside his appartment until a staff member responded to his F6, instead of handling the F6 with staff after the fact.

** Note** Video provided has been cut up, since the original is over 22 minutes long with periods of waiting etc. in between. The entire situation is regarding a server restart that happened unnanounced, whil we already had possession of the player's planters. @kerzify already dealt with this situation regarding the raid itself, and no action was taken. I was unable to make a seperate F6 regarding the OOC'ing and ignoring gunpoint, due to me having to go to work. My fellow org member Besian Ali couldn't do it, cause he didnt have a clip of it.

Regardless this doesn’t change anything in the topic of this Action request. As mentioned in the original post, Kerzify was not informed of this entire scenario, and didn’t rule on this, only on the planters. I was unable to make a seperate F6 at the time due to work.

The situation you’re talking about was handled already by Kerzify as mentioned above. Regarding the outcome is to be seen, since a staff complaint is still active on that.


The reason for this AR is you forcing us to stay in your appartement, by refusing to interact with us other than OOC. This took unreasonable time, where it could’ve just been handled via an F6 afterwards.

In terms of your comment regarding not going our way. This isn’t accurate, since we got a profit out of the raid, and didn’t lose anything. Other than our time.

Besian playing the tough guy in RP is kinda his persona. He’s pretty chill usually apart from that.

Reason he got pissed off is mainly because you didn’t let him/us continue, and basically held the situation at a pause, waiting for your F6.


Regarding your comment regarding us agreeing to wait. I think our intentions were pretty clear. Besian made it clear numerous times he wanted to leave with the drugs, and told u u could make an F6, and deal with it via that way appropiately, but u decided not to.

This kinda forced the situation to a standstill, which resulted in us also making an F6 to just get this resolved.

I have a feeling u likely responded this way, because u were upset about being raided in the first place, taking the unnannouned server restart as your advantage. But that is outside of the scope of this report.

mate, I said, " Can we pause till we get it sorted and you said yes. No one knew the server was going to restart because 2 minutes before I died in a PD raid, so I can't really use the server restart as my advantage, as it affects me too

When Thomas made it clear he wanted to wait we stopped trying, which is when we waited. But this was after all the stuff in the clip happened.

I am at work at the moment. Will review the demo of me and Besian when I’m home to get exactly what was said, if u prefer. @kerzify

But like I said before, I think from the clip it shows pretty well that Besian Ali (my teammate), was very against waiting. The only reason he did not shoot him at the time, is to not risk further escelating the situation after restart.

Thomas requested "Can we hold up until we get a response" only when we were already outside with the planters, approximately less than 10 seconds before Kerzify teleported to us outside. I responded "yeh yef fine", since u were there anyway already, my orgmate responded he didnt want to, but this was probably not hearable to Thomas due to the distance between them.

Below a clip of it. Please note that he asked this +/- 7.5 minutes after our first contact with him, and after all situations in the original AR clip.

Below a short summary of my view on this situation, now we are +/- 2 days further since it occurred.

We were mid finishing the raid when the server restarted without any prior announcement. Because we already arranged for transporting of the planters, and secured it, we decided not to continue/start any new RP (as this wouldn’t be allowed per 6.1), and grab the planters to leave, as they had been secured prior restart, and would’ve been in our possession. Only thing that prevented this was the doors respawning locked due to the restart.

Homeowner Thomas later came back, and saw us inside. Due to 6.1 we wanted to avoid starting any new RP, and explained to him that: “we would leave if he opened the doors”, as we would’ve done if there wasn’t a server restart. We feel this was lenient and conforming to the rules, as if this would’ve happened without restart in place, he would’ve been gunpointed, mugged, and even possibly shot for refusing the gunpoint like he did.

Since Thomas didn’t feel it was right that he lost the 2 planters left in his apartment, he decided to speak OOC, and refuse any RP or reply to gunpoint, until staff intervened. Even though clear attempt was made by Besian and me in LOOC/voice to continue, and that he could deal with it after via F6, as normally happens when u suspect a rulebreak, or disagree on something. We decided to interact IC as minimum as possible with him, since we did not want to break 6.1, hence why he was not shot for breaking gunpoint 3 times, normally we would’ve shot a player for that.

Upon a few minutes later when we were walking our way out, Kerzify responded to the F6 ,and teleported to us, and settled the planters via LOOC. The only moment we agreed together (me and Thomas) to wait for staff decision, was +/- 10 seconds before Kerzify teleported. +/- 7+ minutes after our initial interaction, or anything in the clip mentioned in the original post.

I'll review the demo and all sufficient evidence provided by tonight and will provide an outcome.
