Server Suggestion Seat belt

Suggestion Title: Add seat belts for car
Suggestion Description: Add seat belts for car when you get in car you press a button you are seat belted which it reduces damage when you hit something with a car at high speeds

Why should this be added?:
Realism
More police rp (could be new law)
Make collisions less fatal

What negatives could this have?:
People would speed more with their car

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Allow for people to use seat belts

Main Idea: Add seat belts in car

Full description of the idea: Be able to hold or click "h" to put a seat belt on in a car, this prevents you from flying out of your car seat upon collisions. For example, if you go head on with someone and you don't have a seat belt on then you will fly out of the car dying. If you do have a seat belt on then there will be a higher percentage chance that you do not die. Although you will still lose health. (This obviously depends on your health too).

Why should...

The negatives of this suggestion are quite simple:
Unnecessary modelling work, adding seat belt models to fit both male and female character models

No changes really need to be made towards the collision system, a seat belt isn't going to save you when your travelling 140 head on into something and its not like you insta die when you hit into something at a slow/ moderate speed anyway unless your previously injured.

Overall imo not really a worth it addition for dev time and definitely not a focus for devs.
