Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 Not following gunpoint stalling putting his hands up so his friends could have potentionally have killed me.

I tried to put my hands up 3 times, for some reason the animation didnt go off I have no idea why nor do I have proof of this and demo wouldnt suffice because it doesnt show action wheels. Im not even bothered watching the clip, I turned around and attempted to surrender as soon as you had a clear shot on me to which i remember shouting "they are up" because i had clicked it twice and it didnt work until the 3rd time i was under the impression you would be a reasonable person and see theres some sort of glitch but clearly not. I believe it may of happened because as he pulled up i spam pulled out my shotgun multiple times at the edge of the safezone and then from then on somehow couldnt interact with the scroll wheel, ban me for 3.4 if you want ig i have no proof but heres a discord message i sent to a friend when it happened


Considering theres no proof, i dont incessantly clip everything that happens go ahead and ban me for 3.4 i guess not much i can do. I did shout "they are up you fucking retard" or something of the sort and they wherent you can very easily use context clues to see I wasnt fucking stalling purposefully waste of time AR

Clearly breaking 3.4 ur "bug" is not even reported on the forums cus it aint a thing. Might as well have givven the bs excuse of you not having ur headset on. Would have maybe given you a better chance in bullshitting the AR

Yes bro you're the victim in this AR. Anyways if its a bug upload it with some evidence of it happening. If its a known bug it should be easily recreatable. I don't see a reason to why you should not be posting a bug report about it. Also look at ur own dms being toxic already buddy so keep it going!

@Mushroom I can see you attempted to run away, obviously whilst he was trying to give you commands as it didn't let you in the vehicle. And then once you attempted to 'surrender', you actually did the shake head emote and then proceeded to surrender. Was it that you tried to do surrender or you did the wrong emote first and that's why it didn't let you open the menu straight away?

Honestly could literally be that simple that i did the wrong emote and I didn't notice at the time under pressure from the guy gun-pointing me and misremembered, i don't remember even seeing the head shake emote but maybe yeah.

When he initially gave hands up he wasnt even aiming at me, not looking at me nor in attack stance, plus i was obscured by the bush and had a reasonable chance of escape. But as soon as the reasonable chance seemed gone, and i could hear him close saying hands up I turned around and attempted not much more I can say

You could hear him giving you commands and should've seen his gun pointed towards you, you should've probably stopped a tiny bit sooner but it wasn't that bad.

Considering you had used the shake head emote and it's right next to surrender, I can see how you might've been trying to surrender quick and done the wrong one.

If you cancel an emote theres a cooldown right? When I was spamming c because i didnt realise/visually didnt see I was mid headshake that was why there looks like a delay between the 2 emotes
