Clarky as cop beat 2 Individuals to unconsciousness 1 is justified as they were spamming loud noises the other i never saw what they did specifically before getting pulped. When confronted by a citizen for beating the civilians into unconsciousness and Clarky ask the guy if he was an idiot or blind that when i walked over to the cop and asked him if he was as retarded as the other cop which i do admit isn't right of me to use those words, then made a comment about the flag on my shirt in a tone that can be taken as transphobic (Much more clear in the actual video), when i asked the officer to provide their badge number they said "Cry about it" and drove off.

I got off the game for like 4 or so hours cause i was pissed off for a multitude of reasons.

I got back on randomly found Clarky (Wong) again and asked if they were the one i had problems with prior to make sure i didn't accidentally make an IA on the wrong person they asked me to clarify i provided them the clip and made mention how they made a transphobic comment towards me and was confused and denied it happen despite proof and said he wasn't being transphobic even though the only flag he mentioned on my shirt was the trans flag one. he then proceeded to say "it was very mean to call me a retard" which is indeed fair then proceeded to claim they themself had Mental retardation and i said i had similar in regards to some autism. which he then proceeded to say how it made sense (In reference to me) and that he was joking and basically lied for sympathy.

Your evidence is heavily edited in your favour as you kept on calling me a "retard" and other various names throughout this entire ordeal you are just trying to drag on for little to no gain. Additionally, in some of your recordings, you turn off your microphone in the recording to obviously hide how disrespectful and rude you were being towards me when all I did was exist. If you have problems with me, avoid me or talk to me like a normal person instead of persisting on calling me a "retard" outside the PD, I have no issues with you but I won't accept the way you are trying to make me out in regards to being "transphobic", sure you can argue I came across rude initially but you did keep calling me "retard" which is ableism if this is the card you want to pull on me but I hold no such malicious views in the way you and your evidence attempts to portray me as, this is not my character whatsoever and I refute what you say.

Also I don't know why you're going after me instead of the 6+ sweaters who were being incredibly racist, mic spamming and as such towards me and other people, I'm no harm nor a malicious player here and this is obviously made over a personal discrepancy against me - I don't get why you can't just leave me the fuck alone and choosing to go full nuclear with creating an IA, AR and still following me around in-game harassing me over a heated moment.
