Why should this player be punished?: Our car broke down on our way into the forest and because of that we went to scout in the forest with 2 of my friends. These people started climbing on the hills with 2 pistols and 1 as50 and opened the fire on us for no reason. We weren't hostile towards them not showed any threat. They were the first one to open the fire.

In the result they killed one of my friends and all 3 of them died.

Hi, I had mistaken one of the players for one of my friends. Just as I stopped my car and ran towards them, the player in the video immediately started gunpointing me, so we decided to attempt to flank and shoot him, then a gunfight ensued as his friends shot back.

i saw my friends shooting after we just raided so i tought they was fighting pd or counters so i joined in

The player in question just got off after 2 years of being perma banned. 3 of you exited the vehicle with guns out and big ass sniper so obviously he got scared. I still think that a gun that was pointed at you for barely 2 seconds is not enough reason to go on the hills and start killing everyone of us which resulted in a long shootout where you died.

In my opinion you should first investigate what's going on and not to start shooting random people in the forest only because you saw your friends doing that.

i did point a gun at u when u all 3 got out ur car with big ass guns running towards me after i realized u didnt were gonna shoot me i ran away to not cause trouble and u went up in the forest to chase us and kill us !!!! it just felt unnecessary and not cool!!!!!!!!!

i aint see yo asses fore someone started shooting i was gonna check if i finnished a cop but then a shootout started

In the first 10+ seconds of the shootout its very clear that your friends were the ones that started the shootout and aswell the only ones that were shooting as we didnt even shoot back at the start. U had plenty enough time to ask them because as i said,in the first 10-15 seconds we didnt even shoot back.

That is also kind of 3.4, as u said u just finished raiding hicktown and u already left but u came back with your friends "just to check if u finished off a cop". That is either very stupid reason to come back or ur just making up excuses.
