If anything that seems to be a new way to add money to the economy and not an actual money sink.

Here's a cool flaw with the suggestion.

It doesn't describe anything. Saying that something should be better does not automatically convey the ways something can improve. Part of the suggestion process is to help devs understand what your suggestion actually entails, how it'll work in detail, and how it affects the current gameplay.

Your suggestion does none of this. All you've done is say "invest = money sink"

Here's a cool idea for you, in the words of a wise poster you may know: make better suggestions.
