Description of the Bug: Unable to buy org license plate

How to reproduce the Bug: N/A
I am unable to buy any org plate, even thought the last org plate I bought was back in 2021, since getting unbanned I tried to change it once, I was unable to.
it then got cleared by Collier, after that I was still unable to buy a new org plate

Happens to me too apparently, money gets taken but nothing changes.

This is most likely because of a bug related to the god stick tool when your license plate was cleared manually. I also requested my org plate to be cleared (I think you know why after our conversation) and I'm fairly sure I'm also unable to buy any new one's so this bug is only related to the manual clearing of org plates with the god stick tool.

Further dev assistance would be required on this if you want to purchase a new one along with Viper (and me).
