Why should this player be punished?: MRDM bombed like 10 people out front of pd twice, randomly running people over, making offensive remarks. Their clearly intoxicated but staff online has not responded to f6s and seems to be ignoring the situation

Hey, just replying to say that I was already punished for this instance outside of the hospital. I was being dumb and having "fun" during a little bit less population at night. I already apologised to whom that I could do so, I can't do much more than that and hope everything went okay for you after the instance.
