Description of the Bug: Other people driving your choshop

How to reproduce the Bug: Grab a chopshop, give your friend driving permissions, get driving permissions from the second person - then the other player will be able to drive your chopshop meaning: they can drive it anywhere they want on the map, so u have an easier job stealing it (for example to hide it at farm)
