Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 and 3.4

I tried to pull over the blue supercar they jumped out of and when i started reversing after it they opened fire killing me. Incident happened at 5/24/26 around 3:30AM EST at Regals parking lot

I had passed away already wanted with a crime worth over 7 years, after waiting 5 minutes and joining teamspeak I withessed my friends being shot at by said officer while trying to apprehend my friends. Only reason I killed them was due to being wanted for a previous raid and officer trying to detain them, saving my friends and myself from a situation where jail time was 7 years or over.

Not to mention, raid had been initiated when he decided to show up LONG time after in undercover vehicle with lights on which lead to his death.

I correct myself, I had barely joined the city after a long time off, and was called by my friends informing me of a raid where I took place in picking up weapons, and finishing someone before we initiated a second raid and the officer showed up getting elimiated to avoid any arrests.

If you watched my clip you can clearly see I wasn’t giving either of you the time of day. I was reversing to pull your friend over for a traffic infraction. You guys caused unneeded attention to yourselves by opening fire. There had been 0 calls or literally anything about regals. I highly doubt a raid was actually occurring. You guys literally just showed up so no raid.

If I’m remembering correctly I don’t recall any warrants for either of you being up at the time of the shooting HOWEVER at any point did it appear I was racing towards you and your buddy who were on foot? If you check my video which I doubt you have you can clearly see and hear me informing the driver of that vehicle (who wasn’t warranted I’d like to add) to pull over. Why would you think it was a great idea to open fire on an officer who very CLEARLY isn’t going after you. Your story is changing and you continue to make 0 sense whatsoever. Im looking forward to seeing A1L’s investigation into this because I think you’re full of it.

I had a similar situation happen in V5 and the person basically did what you did and got punished for it btw and he was actually warranted. I can go back and find that AR for you if you wish.

Can you let moderation handle this? I’ve already explained what I did and how it was justified, per rules I was justified to kill police as crimes over 7 years and would allow me to KOS. You were the one that exited the vehicle while being shot at knowing the shooters were all at different angles and you tried to apprehend my friends in a van while they were in a supercar…

Apprehend what? Bro it’s a simple traffic stop holy hell. I know you don’t know how to do any type of role play because it doesn’t involve a “look at me left click and kill people” montage but people do traffic stops. It’s a crazy concept but it does happen

@Off The Radar The last time you were on you died and disconnected, and once you had joined you had spawned and had that whole interaction at the City Garage, there was no 'raids' that had begun or you guys had done since you were on. You killed remy at the City Garage and nothing came of it, no DNA, no warrant, nothing. You had not begun raiding yet when you arrived at Regals Apartments, you acted too quick by shooting at the police officer for no justified reason.

@ramirez320946 I can see after remy was killed at the City Garage, you intentionally shot their G-WAGON and popped their tires, you should know better than to break 2.5 here.

Your friend BIG FELLA who was driving the F1 had no warrant and had died 2 hours earlier and hadn't done nothing since to gain a warrant or whatever you claimed that had happened. Same with ramirez, he had died 2 hours earlier, although he himself had crowbarred a door at Office Complex, it doesn't state which one but nothing came of it, no warrant, no shooting, nothing to charge this user either.

It seems like both of you had broke 3.4 alongside ramirez breaking 2.5. I'll give you until this afternoon UK Time to respond.

I understand that however I knew that my prior crimes would grant 7 years or more for my sentence.
