Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - After mugging my org member in hicktown, was tracked down at City Hall to where they was kidnapped and taken to farm to force withdrawal all mugged items. They we're given clear concise orders under gunpoint to not talk, not to move, and to simply take out all items mugged. Rather than complying to commands, they ran towards storage, surrendered, and when being gunpointed by 3 individuals gave us all the middle finger to which they we're shot down. I believe they did this to prevent returning the items.
Those involved are: Andrew Otto who got mugged, Myself who helped with the capture, and Gustavo Bring who ziptied them and took them to farm.

We arrived at the farm storage after I was restrained at gunpoint at City Hall, zip-tied, and transported there. I complied throughout the initial capture in accordance with Rules.

At the farm storage, I was instructed to open my personal storage to return items allegedly taken from Andrew Otto. However, the items in question were on my character’s person the entire time and not located in my storage.

While I was fully restrained, the “Search” to retrieve items from my person was not used. Instead, I was directed to access my personal storage.

At the time, I became unsure how to proceed because I was already fully restrained and believed that storage access was not the correct RP method for retrieving items that were not stored there. I valued my character’s life throughout the encounter and was attempting to remain realistic within RP expectations.

I now understand that continuing compliance and raising the issue afterward may have been the better approach, and I am not trying to avoid consequences only to highlight.

I respectfully request staff review the inventory logs

I also want to clarify I had no involvement with the new player mentioned at the beginning of the clip.

I understand you may not have stored the items, however that was up to Andrew Otto to find out where his stolen items had gone as we were unsure of what was fully taken. Instead of surrendering and then backing up and giving us the middle finger, why didn't you just start dropping the stolen items? That would have prolonged your life and potentially saved it, instead of being met with a barrage of bullets?

Also just to add on, I was going to find out the steam name and such for the new player as they also broke 3.4/2.5 by punching someone actively taking a person captive, however it was late and I didn't have the time to wait for an f6 reply hence the AR being made.

You literally admitted you were just guessing because Andrew Otto never even told you what was missing? You can't just force someone to a storage . If you actually wanted to see what I had, searched my pockets first would of been a good idea

You'd have to ask gustavo bring, i crafted him some zips at storage and he basically took over the situation. We did ask Andrew Otto what items were taken yet he didn't tell us, idk why so without running the risk of breaking the rules of kidnapping someone from city hall and taking all their items, we asked Hannah to drop all the stolen items

Honestly, I think this whole thing was pretty poorly organised from the start.

You’ve said Andrew never actually told you what was taken, and that you weren’t fully sure yourselves either. But at the same time, you’re saying I should’ve just dropped all the stolen items. Now your saying I asked Hannah to drop all items stolen surely it's Ur job while Rp to check while someone is ziptied?

if you didn’t know exactly what was stolen, how was I supposed to know what you wanted back?

From my point of view, it sounds like nobody actually had a clear idea of what was missing at the time. Asking Ur friends isn't good enough we need the full picture here .

I’m not trying to be difficult, I just don’t see how it makes sense to say I was refusing to return items when nobody could clearly say what those items were.

Thanks
Hannah levvy

How can you say it was all Gustavo taking command when you’re the one who made the complaint? It clearly a team effort in the kidnapping, so this feels like a shift of blame.

To be fair mate, if you're under gunpoint being asked to return stolen items maybe just comply and use common sense to drop the items? What you did was stick the middle finger up at us, was difficult from the start by jumping out the car, going in the wrong car, running when told to walk etc.
Fair enough about Andrew and he's no longer in our org, however I don't see how you can say we did wrong in this instance? We took the precautions to move you away from a public area to retrieve stolen goods, we gave you an order to return the stolen items, you refused to do so causing you to die.

As for my claim of gustavo taking charge, he was the one who initiated the kidnapping, i was willing to just slime you out at city hall. He was the one giving you commands such as "get in the car" "Climb up the stairs" "Drop the stolen items" etc, I was simply there to help aid him. I am not shifting blame for anything, I am simply stating that you broke 3.4 numerous times and ended up dying, causing Andrew Otto to have no chance in reclaiming his stolen goods.

I have nothing more to add, other than I think this guy is certainly over-exaggerating the situation, but I hope the mod can make a decision shortly.
Thanks Hannah

Hi, I'am the person involved in getting mugged here, I just wanted to say that I'am not entirely bothered about my things that have been taken off me.

Hello, just to finalise on this. Andrew was the one who ran back to farm and told us of his mugging, we got in our cars to try and reclaim lost items. During this we asked what was taken/lost yet Andrew didn't reply. On the side of caution, Gustavo nor myself attempted to reclaim any items as it could be a breach of the mugging rule. We took them to farm to reclaim items as it was a more secluded area where we had access to storage and would also allow us to kill the mugger without fear of being caught by the police or other org members Hannah may have.
The reason for this AR was mainly due to the incident occurring during the late hours and us not wanting to wait for an f6, and also due to the fact Hannah blatantly disregarded their lives value by breaking gunpoint and not following commands.
