The whole thing follows the same AI template: dramatic introduction, leadership roles with over-the-top descriptions, a list of values, reasons to join, and a recruitment form at the end. It sounds polished, but it doesn't sound human.

No offense, but this reads less like a genuine organization announcement and more like someone typed "write me a professional mafia-style recruitment post" into an AI chatbot and posted the result.
