Reason for Request: I lost my weapon because an officer unlawfully just completely killed me, he then lied about almost everything in his defense.

What he lied about:
Me hearing shots and still loitering
Me loitering (when I figured out there was a raid and saw police on scene I instantly went back to my car as I was about to leave)
Me running
Me ignoring commands
Me hiding behind the car (I only did when I heard shots, I didn’t hide from the officer)
Me running towards him quickly
