Why were you punished?: warned in RP not out of RP i got robbed and then came back and parked outside the NLR zone didnt say too close or anything i was waiting for it to be over to be able to get planters and chem table so i can become police but because he was losing the gun fight he was a prick and began dealing with me (in RP) instead of the active shootout

Why should this appeal be considered?: 5 day ban for something that i was not warned for out of character and for nothing really seem liked he threw his toys out the pram and then bragged about banning me after in OOC just a bit of a sad cunt. This is the biggest ego and biggest case of abusing power

Maybe you should've taken the hint the first time you were shot in the face and told in LOOC that you weren't even supposed to be back there cause of NLR and 3.4. You then come back after I already shot you the first time, of course I told you in voice cause I literally just shot you and told you in LOOC, you didn't take the hint again so you were banned

i ddint see the looc as i went afk but that shouldnt matter and you shot a unarmed civ in the face as a police officer just digging a deeper hole for yourself. Your just a sulky admin throwing your weight around

I sent the LOOC straight after I shot you, you said you owned the property, I checked your ANPR, you did not own it, I told you loads of times to leave, you did not. I told you to put your hands up before I got out of the bearcat, told you to put your hands up when I got out and you still refused, I was the only officer there so I decided to shoot you in the face instead of risking pulling out handcuffs and you potentially pulling out a gun. I was waiting for officer's to respawn, there was two of them inside against me, it is more logical to wait for backup than go in myself and die and them escape.

Whilst you might think I was being 'sulky', you are being ignorant of the rules, you might've not seen my LOOC message, but that isn't really my fault you didn't look, you believed you were in the right just cause your NLR text didn't say you were close enough, you needed to be explained in voice otherwise you'd probably still have ignored my message, either way maybe you should've just left instead of waiting around a shootout/active scene.

the person who owned the house has the same last name as me and you saw him with me and i had keys so idk and i was at a good distant as the NLR timer at the top didnt say too close or anything and i was parked down the road and couldnt see the house it is not my fault if the NLR does not warn me if im too close. You say i should of explained it but when did i get the chance when you were telling to fuck off and get away didnt really give me the chance

I literally told you in voice it doesn't matter what it said at the top of your screen, if you are able to see where you died, it is still too close, hence why I told you to leave and gave you plenty of time before I banned you.

I would've probably only given you a warning once the situation was done if you didn't come back and refused to leave, and when I was banning you I also saw your message you tried to put in OOC after I had shot you. Nonetheless, even your messages in here is quite disrespectful, I can understand why you're saying that, but you are the one breaking the rules and being ignorant here. Anyways, other staff will be handling this, if you proceed to understand your mistake and acknowledge them once the dispute is dealt with, I'll gladly lower your ban

your saying im being disrespectful were you not the same on the server cause me and my friends think you clearly were but youve changed your tune when the appeal goes up. And i still stand by the message and that is not the worst thing to be said in ooc even today
