Why should this player be punished?: As the Mayor I had been getting previous death threats from multiple phone numbers, but none of them that would indicate who was making the threats, and the threats weren't specific enough for me to take action on, "lower the taxes", Sales Tax was at 1%, Fuel Tax was at 25% and I lowered it to 10%, Vehicle Tax was at 5%, I lowered it to 1%, and Income Tax was at a steady 30% to rebuild the cities budget from 100k to 400k+
I had been at Bazaar for like twenty minutes+ and someone was throwing bottles at me constantly, so I called Police and the Police and SS were chasing them, we got out to the underground parking lot and then Henry Kirk rounded the corner, went back into Bazaar, grabbed a gun and came out and shot Donald Fruity (Police Officer) and myself.
As far as I am aware, there is no recorded interaction between me and Henry Kirk before this situation, and he spoke nothing towards me nor expressed any disgruntlement towards me as Mayor.
