Why should this player be punished?: Player A:
-Refused the ziptie request i sent them 4-5 times in a row and called me a retard multiple times. Thus breaking 3.4 and putting his life in danger.
Player B:
-Took their time to get off the car and most likely used that time to tell their friends on teamspeak/org chat that they were getting mugged and their exact location
Player C:
-Took A LOT more than player B to get off the car more than 10 seconds if i didnt count wrong and most likely used that time to do the same thing as player B

Player D:
-Tried to run away when he was still under gunpoint and ziptied to his friend whom i killed shortly after.
-They kept trying to break out the zipties even though i told them multiple times i would shoot them in the head if they kept doing that and they eventually did.
-When they were in the car they reversed it -> stopped for a second -> then started riding towards me, during those 3 steps i had them on gunpoint in between step 1 and 2 but they still decided to VDM me.

A summary of the mistakes these player made are;
-Not complying properly on gunpoint which is a violation of 3.4
-Not listening to commands they're given multiple times under gunpoint which is another violation of 3.4
-Telling their org/friends that they were getting mugged with their exact location whilst under gunpoint which i assume is another violation of 3.4

At the end of the clip i did also violate 3.4 and did not comply on gunpoint which i agree with and im already serving my sentence for it, i will not talk about it here because this is an action request but you can see everything very clearly in this clip from my POV, thank you for your time if you've read this.

“Run away” - I ran towards my friend and with you? Not running away mate. I Tried to give my friend info, if you had such a big issue with it you should have killed me, but na you didn’t at the time but now do as you are permed so wanna pull the 3.4 card

Every time you were a reasonable distance away I broke out, and kept doing it as you were storing guns and running over to get more guns. You had no clue who was breaking out and it was all part of the plan to get one of the guns from my trunk to get you with.

If a car is in any sort of motion it’s not 3.4, as stated in your ban “dispute” which was evidentaly shut down super quick because it was stupid. You were told this in the dispute but still wanna moan about this

You're a fair distance away from the vehicle when you have your gun out which the vehicle immediately sets into motion. By the time you have given a command which you are still a distance away, the vehicle is in full motion and instantly disarms you. You then pulled a gun out after being ragdolled, despite being gunpointed by numerous individuals.

“VDM Me” as i said before you were ragdolled so I could get my g3a3 which you had stored + all my other friends guns along with all the items you had stole off Alfred

You clearly don’t like losing, hence most of your previous punishments being to avoid losing items, such as storing/harvesting mid raid lol

I made the report at the time, this report took like 2 hours as you were being stubborn as fuck.
Maybe you should have gave the items back instead of trying to pull a whole revenge AR. I assume your staff complaint on @Rowley also got denied hence why you making this. Sort it out mate and maybe just return the items

You’re trying to bring out my previous records(which were months ago except one) to make yourself look like the right party lol.

You can clearly see the things you and your friends done wrong in the clip as i also listed them, you can plead for your own accusations but you can’t just try to save all your friends by bringing up old records of mine and include rowley in this because this AR is about you and your other guys, not rowly because you think this is a “revenge AR”

I already talked with him about the guns and i am going to give those back to him the reason i was ‘stubborn’ during the whole incident is because i did clearly see you guys broke multiple rules and i was frustrated because im the only one getting punished, thats why i got a staff complaint on rowley too, i thought he was being biased towards his friend but i took a good look of that clip and it seems it only shows a short footage of the whole incident and doesn’t show anything you guys did wrong so i figured rowley has no fault in the situation as he’s only seen your POV of the incident so i let that go, i’ll talk to him in private about that too to clear any misunderstandings.

2nd i didn't call for help at that time there was only 3 players in TS me, Kanan Saint Patrick and Jerome Darky. so there was no one to ask for help from same as org chat i didn't use it because i know its broken rules if i do so (if you asking who killed your friends? your friends got killed from Bunker from players that we don't know because they killed us after we killed you so pretty much 3rd party)

yeah we were basing at bunker at that time and everyone there is people we know for a while except 1 new player who was with us at that time too

also pugga already said the guy who started shooting at us is a friend of yours so its either the guy shot us should get banned too for attacking us fot no reason or your dispute is useless since you just lied about the bunker thing and the other guy not being your friend

Yeah the reason that report took 2 hours was because both your party and i were in the wrong and i was frustrated for being the only one punished lol, i am giving the guns back just waiting for rowley to return and i can tell by the way you speak, you know you can’t defend yourself in this situation so you just throw insults to me and try to clear out your name by bringing out previous records lmao.
Anyway, just wanna let u know im enjoying this a lot because it is very obvious that you’re pressed and don’t want to deal with the consecuences of your actions because you’re so used to throwing dirt on people and trying to have the upper ground by being unnecessarily aggressive, might work on a new player or someone who can’t pull out evidence about your wrong-doings but not me.
Just deal with the consequences instead of being a crybaby about it buddy i won’t respond to any other threads you share unless it’s about the clip, we’re talking about you and your friends’ actions here not my ban dispute or my staff report.
