Why should this player be punished?: Ignored gunpoint to exit a vehicle after refusing to leave an active scene when attempting to get a 9.2 suspect in his vehicle. Minutes later got onto PD to avoid being punished.

I don’t understand. What do u mean I was trying to get 9.2 suspects in my car? I wasn’t even speaking to them. And why were u pulling out a gun on me because I was speaking with some random dudes on sidewalk

After watching the video it is clear that 3.4 was broken (towards the end of the video where @Cap.Phillips gets gunpointed by the officer while the players vehicle is not moving at all). After confirming with logs you not only avoided consequences for your actions by going on duty one minute after this situation you also ran someone over three minutes before the whole interaction.
Due to previous 3.4 record a 1 week ban will be issued for 3.4 and 3.5.
