Why should this player be punished?: During an active raid, I was dealing with people at both subs 1 and 2 small. This guy had already seen me running around and the brute isnt that easy to miss. He started grabbing the gun from one of the raiders whilst I was clearing everything, minegrabbing the gun. Then after mingegrabbing he proceeded to stick around the area, presumably in hope of finding more guns, EMS told me he took it and I ran up to gunpoint him directly whilst he was stationary, he drove off under gunpoint which resulted in his car being instantly disabled in an attempt to shoot his tyres, and resorted to pulling his own gun, due to this he got instantly dropped.

When he was revived and during the transport to PD and cells he was incredibly racist to British people and tried to mock me due to him thinking I was British.

@captain was dealing with the report but the guy was afk for like an hour and I had to leave, so making an AR instead.

I was attempting to raid I didn't know there was pd there i had only seen Ems there which is why I grabbed the gun. Otherwise I wouldn't have grabbed the gun. I then stayed in front of the house because I was going to raid but was waiting to see if anyone came out of the house. I really didn't see a single cop which is why in the video he never approaches me

You didn't see the police TFU brute parked in the street with the lights on or hear the people moaning, which signifies it is still an active scene? Picking up the firearm in an active investigation where police are very near, and EMS can just report you over the radio, is very risky, and we can see in this clip what that resulted in. Is there any reason why you did not comply with the orders of the officer to exit the car under gunpoint?

Your car is very slow, and the chance of escape was relatively slim. Trying to understand why you wanted to escalate the situation into a potential shootout with police, which led to your death.

Also, you were making inappropriate comments to the player, targeting them for their nationality (or so you thought). Any reason for this? The clip is shown here, but I have seen it separately from @Jack P when they created a report in-game about the issue.

Here's evidence that there is quite literally no way he didn't see me, as you can se him pass me whilst i'm inside the brute, even driving.
