Why should this player be punished?: I heard lots of commotion outside and thought I was about to get raided so I went outside my property to investigate. I saw 2 people with guns. Since I couldn't really engage with them since they didn't start the raid I went outside to get my PPS package when Abbas on the roof shot me dead for no reason. They didn't initiate a raid after killing me, nor before killing me, they just killed me, took my gun and left. I want my AK74U back.

Leqq and his friend did in fact attempt to raid your property, but they only broke through the first door before getting side-tracked by the police and losing to them, so no rule was broken then. However, after review with @Tilin and @Galle, we have determined that killing you after you had already gone down several floors and left the building was excessive. It is one thing to kill someone the moment you catch them leaving their property while armed to initiate a raid, but doing so when they are already so far away is not proportionate, especially considering how they were not even holding their gun out at the time.

To be clear once again, it is generally considered excessive to kill someone if they have fully left their property to initiate a raid. In this instance, they had left the property, the floor(s), and the building. Leqq will receive a ban for their actions. You may request a refund for your lost firearm.
