Rule Suggestion (6.1 Server Crashes/Restarts)

Yeah, I have been seen chaos so many times before the city restarts. People just don't understand that the crime u do, still remains after restart. +REP

People shooting cops for no reason before a server restart would already be enforced by rule 3.4 and/or 2.5.
Just because the server is restarting does not mean you are exempt from those rules.

You would still be able to clip it, and report them after the restart, or make an action request.

2.1 would definitely be broken. Why break ur good realistic actions before restart...

I agree that if someone randomly starts shooting cops/players before a restart it can already fall under Rule 2.1 2.5 or 3.4 depending on the situation.
My suggestion isn't because there's no rule to punish it. Its because every restart seems to bring the same issue with people treating the last few minutes like they don't matter. A specific no initiating crime in the final 5 minutes before a scheduled restart rule would make it crystal clear that restarts arent an excuse to cause chaos and it would hopefully prevent the behavior...
