Why should this player be punished?: I was arresting this guy for 10.1 Causing Harassment, Alarm or Distress, which has a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison. While detaining the suspect, he decided to run from me, so I tased him. When he got up off the ground after being tased, he decided to start shooting over an incredibly minor charge; this resulted in him being shot down, revived, and imprisoned for 8 years for 9.2 Physical Assault with an Offensive Weapon. I think this player should be punished for breaking 3.4 due to the fact that he put his life and freedom at risk over a minor charge.

I have also attached a screenshot from the player's bans showing that he has been warned for this exact same thing before, as well as the player having a recent 3.4 ban on record.

. He failed to show in the video any reasoning for the arrest which I think should be added. How can he state that an arrest was being made for 4 years when there is no footage of same occurring. I do not even recall this incident besides I made a report against him and he got in trouble
