Why should this player be punished?: Simpatik should be punished due to them killing me for no reason outside of the apartments they were, I assume, raiding. I was walking outside of the apartments with my phone out, when they came rushing out of the building and told me to put my hands up. Less than a second later, they shot me resulting in my death. At the time, I was only armed with a baseball bat that was not out, and I lost it due to them killing me. I am not concerned about losing the bat, but them killing me for no reason should be punished. They gave me no time to react, and I made no gesture of violence or even resistance towards them. @GamingPeach
