Why should this player be punished?: I was arresting this guy for 10.1 Causing Harassment, Alarm or Distress, which has a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison. While detaining the suspect, he decided to run from me, so I tased him. When he got up off the ground after being tased, he decided to start shooting over an incredibly minor charge; this resulted in him being shot down, revived, and imprisoned for 8 years for 9.2 Physical Assault with an Offensive Weapon. I think this player should be punished for breaking 3.4 due to the fact that he put his life and freedom at risk over a minor charge.

I have also attached a screenshot from the player's bans showing that he has been warned for this exact same thing before, as well as the player having a recent 3.4 ban on record.

You don't recall this incident occuring but you also got me in trouble for this incident how does that make any sense? I am on holiday right now but I will upload an extended video when I get back. Also yes you made an IA on me via the PLPD website so you can obviously remember this happening and you also had multiple supervisor sits in game where everything was discussed and explained. Lying won't help you I suggest you tell the truth because if you make me upload both supervisor sits, the IA you made plus the full arrest you are going to be in way more trouble just saying.
