makes sense if you think about it

exp inflation (dont google this)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: none but it would be cool

Increasing this would feel more rewarding and would encourage people to stay in that specific job.

I concur, they should also start automatically if you join a job with one available so you don't forget to activate them. We already have a huge xp mismatch so something to help reduce that would be great.

Agreed, would give people more reason to actually do these, xp inflation could be balanced with less xp for other things.

No need really, this wouldn't be a massively significant buff given that it would be spread out across several jobs, limited to once per day. I was thinking like 5% per mission or something. Small at lower levels but big at the higher ones
