Why were you punished?: 3.4 4.2 - The user, as a firefighter, entered Tidals apartment after someone requested medical assistance. After providing medical attention, he left the apartment and encountered an officer. The user then stated that the other firefighter owned the apartment, meaning the individuals inside were more than likely raiders. After speaking with the officer for a minute, the user decided to re enter the apartment, causing him to be shot and killed.
Why should this appeal be considered?: So I understand what I did wrong and It might seem like I don't because my ban record is terrible but I wanna tell you that since I came back to play this server again after taking a break I have tried to keep my record as clean as possible but as you can see 3.4 is something I keep doing I don't understand what's sometimes wrong with me that I keep repeating this same mistake over and over again because as you can see the majority of my bans are 3.4 and not more then that and the exact situation I got banned for I understand what I did wrong (due to the staff member who was issuing the ban being very helpfull and explaining multiple times what exactly I did wrong and why the ban will be issued) and I would like to apologise about the whole situation I should already know that I shouldn't go to a active life alert scene when the officers haven't cleared it yet and Idk what was with me I guess I really wanted that xp for cpr and healing people so i went to the scene and decided to help the people before the police cleared the scene and even after me suspecting that the supposed "defenders" might not be defenders I decided to go back and continue my job before police manage to clear it this resulting in me being taken hostage in an on going hostage situation inside and when the police started attacking the suspects I was the first one to get shot and die. I truly apologize about my actions for what I did in that situation and what I did in my past but I have already done it and there is no going back what I'm asking for here is another chance to believe that I can and will improve moving forward from this point on after this situation I have completely re read and re understood the rule of 3.4 because I truly don't want something like this to happen again and I believe that from this point on I can be 3.4 clean only if you give me a chance and put your believe in me I can't prove to you now that I am going to improve but I can only show moving forward from now and I can only hope I'm never again stupid to do something like this because looking back at the situation idk what I was thinking (I was drunk but thats no excuse for my actions)
So I'm sorry for my actions in this situation and my past I know my past looks terrible but there is now nothing I can do about it only live on from here and improve so we don't have to be at this exact situation again you having to read this and deicide if I'm worth the chance
