Description of the Bug: Unable to fuel up vehicle if FD Dodge Ram is parked at the same gas station.

How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Park a fire department Dodge Ram at the (city) gas station.
2. Park any other vehicle at the same gas station.
3. Only the Dodge Ram will show up in the vehicle list when you try to refuel.
4. Wait for the Dodge Ram to leave.
5. Your vehicle now shows up in the list.

I get that they are emergency vehicles, but this is a little bit much

Thats actually not only the fire dodge ram, its with any vehicle. If you arrive to a gas station second after somebody is already parked - 90% of the time you will not be able to fill up the car, unsure what causes this but its very annoying, atp i just run into the gas station and buy gas cans instead
