Why should this player be punished?: I was patrolling the city looking for a stolen vehicle that had been taken from Tidals. While driving down Oak Hill toward the Fire Department, I spotted the stolen vehicle heading back into the city from Oak Hill toward Subs. I made a U-turn and followed it for a short time to observe it. This is when we turned onto Love Lane and as we approached the Subs roundabout, I attempted to initiate a traffic stop. When upon approaching said roundabout Sofia Polini opened fire on my vehicle, disabling it. After ordering me out while I was surrendering, they executed me on the spot.

Sofia Polini:
The user did not give me sufficient time to surrender, and I do not believe there was a valid reason to execute me on the spot. The user also claimed that their friend, Johnny Pablo, had told them they were 10. Further risked their freedom as well due to them having killed someone on Saint Rock Street prior to this interaction.

Johnny Pablo:
Failed to properly investigate the reason for the traffic stop and failed to sufficiently verify whether or not he was actually 10. Risked his freedom further over a 6 year sentence by killing a cop.

It can clearly be seen that, prior to the traffic stop while I was traveling down Oak Hill, the driver of the stolen vehicle, Johnny Pablo, did not have an active warrant. I have also provided screenshots to display that both users did not have any active DNA on them prior to this interaction taking place. Only Sofia Polini had DNA from somebody else near Saint Rock Street, but that was taken after my passing. In any case both users risked their freedom as a result of their actions

(Involved) Johnny finished you off after you were already killed, which is perfectly allowed to do as as Sofia had already shot you and there would be more DNA and evidence after. He's also allowed to evade if he's in a stolen vehicle.
 
nah i take full blame for this he said he was getting followed we had forgot the car was stolen and i thought he was 10 so i had him come too me, you know the rest

too clarify johnny never said he was 10 i just assumed

You were not at the altercation therefore you cannot be involved (at least not directly), your vehicle had been stolen by a subject while allowed to evade yes it did not warrant Sofia to kill me

i didnt even steal it, i never called anything out so idk why your bringing me into it

no need for that i just said i was at fault just wait for it too be claimed and i will accept my punishment

I was involved considering I was quite literally on my way there to help and know what they were talking about, so yes I was infact involved in the incident. Sofia shot you and he shouldn't have, but Johnny finished you off after cause at that point Sofia WAS 10 toes.

I don't think you quite understand sir, so let me dumb it down so you understand the situation at hand.

Sofia had legitimate no reason to kill me as I was pulling over PABLO for a STOLEN vehicle this by default does not warrant Sofia to spray me down regardless if she allegedly was 10 or not. At the time of me getting killed there was no information active on Sofia only after I had died there for the last amount of freedom they had left was buried which they could've kept but instead got risked. I will not be discussing this further with you staff can make a final decision

"I was involved" I think you mixing it up with getting involved you were not there when it went down therefor you were not involved you literally said it yourself "I was quite literally on my way there and know what they were talking about" - YOU were not there simple as that.

Considering there were comms between the two of you, you very well knew that you were getting pulled over and or at least followed by police quote "he said he was getting followed". I will not discuss the further in terms what I believe you've done wrong and let staff handle it from there.
 
Don't need to be there to be involved when I can explain what happend cause I was on the phone with them. I've also already stated that Sofia did infact not have a reason, so maybe you should dumb my messages down to an extend where you understand it, cause reading comprehension is not something you have I guess.
 
Also him stating "I'm getting followed" is not a "10 Toes kill cops" call, so you're just picking at straws now because you're petty.
 
Thanks everyone for providing input, but this will now temporarily be locked until a staff member who claims this has more questions.
