Why should this player be punished?: User broke 3.4/2.5 by refusing to get out of their vehicle when being directly gun pointed with a shotgun, then after driving off under gunpoint the user got out at the gas station and killed multiple LEOs. User has a EXTENSIVE history of breaking 3.4 (16 bans and 2 warnings) and 11 bans for 2.5. He ruined many players/cops experience as he killed multiple LEOs resulting in cops losing the raid, and also allowed the defenders to win due to the cops dying.

User clearly hasn't learned from their past mistakes, and refuses to learn/read the rules regarding 3.4
