not to pressure or anything this is just a question but whats the pending for? isnt it just looking at the complaint and then refund just asking out of curiosity

I reviewed the complaint and whilst it was sustained, I slightly believe it's your fault for walking in front of the police car that was clearly transporting your friend whilst you are doing this with 1000 cocaine and a deagle on you... do you not agree that it's a bit dumb to do that?

i agree on that it was dumb but i still lost the coke due to a unlawfull arrest so i wouldent have lost the coke if i didnt get arrested unlawfully and htey even agreed whit it on a plpd complaint

Although it was sustained, I disagree that you didn't actually break the law, you did try to obstruct, therefore you did break the law. It was only sustained cause you walked in front of the vehicle for barely any time, although you did technically break the law and have a stupid amount of drugs and a gun on you during this time. I will look back at this shortly and review it

I have no idea what you mean by this? You see the cop trying to drive off and you run in front of the cop car obstructing him transporting your friend back?

After reviewing the complaint once again, the decision for the arrest reasoning part of the final decision has been overturned, you did break the law and did so whilst carrying cocaine and a gun, the professionalism part of the officer stays however.
