Why should this player be punished?: The player was involved in undiscovered illegal action. They then chose to drive recklessly in plain sight of a police car. Upon an attempt to pull them over, they stopped & shot at the officers. It looks strongly to me that they failed to avoid our attention by breaking traffic laws in front of us, although they should have. As discussed in a report made, @GamingPeach wished to take this.

i didnt see you at all bro, wasnt paying attention to you just getting to substation with the money we had from bank, everyone in that car was wanted so we shot. If I followed traffic laws your ANPR would of seen I was wanted and you would have been gundowned upon trying to pull us over either way

@GamingPeach @durryfish I was unaware of your wanted status, due to being dead otherwise during the bank raid. If you were actually warranted I understand why you shot after the initated traffic stop. I still don't understand why you were driving like that, seeing as it is what actualy made me aware of you.
