Why should this player be punished?: the guy was at regals and then he pulled out a gun infront of police officer and then his friend tried to kill me when he was less then 7 years in jail and then his friend killed me

Statement received from 5 on steam:

Well, I turned the corner and thought the cop knew I had a warrant, so I pulled out my gun and was going to go up the back stairs and into my friend’s apartment, but he saw me. I’m also confused about why he was there in the first place. I didn’t think anyone would be at Regals because there were no active situations going on.

5 will receive a 4 day ban for drawing attention to themselves unnecessarily by pulling out a gun and brandishing directly to an officer whilst knowingly warranted.

@MiguelWalkShiDown & @anakin1x will not receive any punishment as it is clear from the evidence that they simply saw their friend in cuffs and knew they were warranted at the time.
