Why should this player be punished?: I was being robbed, and I complimented how my robbers were more organized and coherent than the police, because they had a friendly-fire incident but managed to resolve it peacefully. She asked "you gonna call the police?" I clarified, "No, I'm saying you are more coherent and competent than the police. If you were the police, we wouldn't have any crime in this town." and for that they shot me.

@Sukviu, I have requested your demo file so I can see what was said by Userone during the whole situation.
Please accept the prompt when you join the server.

Thank you, I will take a look at the demo and post the verdict either today or tomorrow.

@Sukviu

Following up on this. Regarding your earlier comment, I have listened to the longer clip, but I cannot actually find the part where you tell him to stop talking or warn him that he's dead if he speaks. I probably just didn't listen properly and missed it, could you provide a specific timestamp for when you said this? You can find the full video here. I have been made aware of the timestamp and do hear it now.

Also, could you please clarify your exact reasoning for killing Userone? Even if you did tell him to stay quiet, he was simply complimenting the way your group was organized. I understand that ordering him to stay quiet makes sense while you are actively inside the property so you can stay hidden and avoid drawing attention. However, at the point when you shot him, you already had the items and the drugs, and your group was already in the process of leaving.
  • What benefit did killing him actually bring to you and your group?
  • There are 40 seconds between you giving the command to stop talking, and your decision to shoot him. What would have been the problem with simply letting him speak?
  • By choosing to execute him, you fired your weapon and left behind DNA. This creates noise and leaves a trail that directly leads back to you (as opposed to Userone claiming that he was mugged, which is way harder to prove). Which is attention that likely would have been avoided if you had just left him alive. Can you explain your thought process behind this decision?

it was mainly about eliminating the risk of him carrying out kos

i had already given him a direct order under gp to not talk he continued talking anyway saying "you guys are more coherent than the police" i decided to give him one last chance to not speak but he did speak after that, i understand it was just to answer my friend's question but he needs to keep in mind that i told him not to talk. i could have let him talk, but from my perspective that would mean giving him a threat under gunpoint and then not actually enforcing it.

at the time i didnt consider for dna to be a huge risk because there was no police on scene and i clarified with my friends that he did not have a life alert on him. from my pov the potential benefit of eliminating someone who had kos on us for the next 2 hours outweighed the risk of leaving dna behind when there was no police presence. i understand that leaving him alive would technically have been less evidence and less risk, but that wasn't the only consideration. i was also considering the fact that he could potentially come after us during his kos period. i was also not warranted after the fact so this proves that there were no police that found the body
