Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello I'm making this to apologize again for my rule breaks; I was extremely tired and just got back from a long night partying, so I wasn't in the right mind when I shot the unarmed man entering the base I was just shooting my gun at that point. I also apologize for the misunderstanding with the thinking I could kill that cop in that situation, I have and will continue to look into the rules to improve on mine and others RP experiences. Again, I'm very sorry and I hope you can understand where I'm coming from.
