Suggestion Title: Dispatcher seperate ranks
Suggestion Description: - In divisions where you gain significant extra powers, this comes at a seperate rank. This is currently only applicable for TFU (incident commander). This is seperate from TFU trainer.
Therefore, since Senior Dispatcher comes at significant extra powers, seperate it in some way and create Dispatcher Trainer. (Or, create a new rank).
Why should this be added?:
- Those who play dispatcher decently (not me I do not play it) get to have extra benefits without inheriting administrative duties.
What negatives could this have?:
- People may not want to do administrative duties for dispatcher
What problem would this suggestion solve?: More benefits for those who play the role, not locked behind administrative wall.
