Why should this player be punished?: I was on my phone for approximately 20 minutes? While I was in my base, then I get raided and shot immediately, no visible gun on my back nor on me, never got told to put hands up, nothing.

Did I kill you in your base while you were unarmed? Yes. Was that my intention? No.

I broke into the property and immediately observed the busy layout of your slums unit. Before entering, I peaked whatever corners I could to see if I could identify anyone in the unit. Meanwhile, there is heavy gunfire with a bomb alarm in the background, heightening my senses and such. You were standing right behind the door so as soon as I entered the unit, admittedly I was jump scared and instinctively shot. It was an honest mistake and at the time I was sorry it happened.

But respectfully, I think this is a petty and a bad faith AR. You did not lose anything and by your own admission, you were not meaningfully engaged in the game as you were talking 20 minutes on the phone IRL. You were sat in a base full of defenses (questionable layout) behind a door AFK. It's not like I saw you crafting or was aware you were there unarmed and I shot you. It was an accident.

Your horrendous trigger discipline isn't my concern, and the layout was reviewed by a SA since you wanna point it out.
Regardless, if it was intentional then you're good, but you dc'd like 10 mins after so I was like alright, dw, I'm fine with no punishment since you came forward but I never made this in bad faith since I hardly report the stuff that happens to me, just know it bothered me because in the span of 3 hours I got raided 5 times while I was afk/crafting.
