Why should this player be punished?: he just started spraying me and my friend down for no reason after we went to lakeview to check if we can raid there i was gonna go back to my friend and tell him to hide the car but we saw this guy in a blue shirt with a dead guy next to him i just looked at him and started getting back in the car and then i got sprayed down by a guy who was supposedly having another shootout with the guy in blue even though we didnt witness any gun fight when we got there nor heading there

this is my pov of the kill, he told me in chat that they didnt know gunfire was happening and he ran from subs then told his boy to pick him up.
I also wanna say that they are clearly breaking 3.4 here too.

He gave us his demo so I'll go through and see if they ran out while the shootout was happening or only after.
However, you shouldn't be shooting someone that's not visibly armed or a threat to you so I will come to a conclusion later today. Demo will also show this a bit more clearly.

I'd like to explain why I decided to close this action request instead of taking action as both parties in the wrong but are also somewhat justifiable.

@Vinchoppa when you are having a shootout please make sure to only shoot people you know that are an active threat or have guns out in their hands. @Cockroach only had a pistol at the time that they didn't pull out. However, you did not shoot the G-Class as soon as it arrived so this already shows that you know some parts to this.
Upon reviewing the demo however I did notice that the driver of the G-Class actively asked for Lucy for help, one of @Vinchoppa targets who they were actively shooting at.
@Cockroach please value your life in the future and do not approach an active scene where shots are being fired. I understand that you were not entirely in control of the situation as you were only a passenger but the demo shows you looking roughly at @Vinchoppa and a dead body over the bushes. You can also hear Deagle shots coming while you're still in suburbs so you should know something is up.
You should not have approached the person that was hiding behind the tree by standing on the bush, this just made it seem you're related which does seem to check out with the driver of the G-Class, who again, asked Lucy for help. Value your life when there is a shootout next time, your decision to run to the gas station bridge leading to the suburbs was the right call but you should not have turned around to spectate a shootout. This lead to you being killed.
