Why should this player be punished?: I was responding to a Regals raid which was reported to me by medic Hugo Statton. He warned me that there were two people on exterior staircase which was really nice of him. When I responded to the scene, I noticed someone was just standing there watching the scene, and I gunpointed them to raise their hands as they were on their phone in an active shootout, I had reasonable suspicion to believe they were involved and gunpointed them to raise their hands. Instead of raising their hands, they remained on their phone for 5 seconds, even talking on his phone when I had a gun to his head (He could have said he was being gunpointed. I tried to go into my demos today and the file would not work so I cannot provide exact proof of what he said as he was on whisper) for which I had to focus on them as if I were to turn to the staircase to fight, he could have easily pulled a gun on me. Instead of putting up his hands, near the end, you can see him still talking on his phone with a gun CLEARLY to his brains. I then get gunned down as I had to focus on him. When I respawn 5 minutes later, their friend Jose Velga calls me to mock me just making baby noises, and then his other friend blatantly breaks my NLR constantly referring to how they killed me due to this bullshit. I would've shot the guy in the head for not complying if PLPD policy was more lenient, instead I had to take the bullet and die.
The clip below is right after I respawn, where I get bombarded with calls to mock me after they know they just killed me:
0:17 to 0:30 - Jose Velga calls making baby noises after he knows I died to mock me
1:07 to 1:30 - Some other guy with his number in the clip (Anthony James) calls me to blatantly mock me for dying in my previous life due to what I'm reporting.
